Josh has been ministering at Crossroads for nearly 20 years. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware, and Reformed Theological Seminary, and has taken post-graduate courses towards a Th.M. His primary roles include preaching, teaching and directing the vision and ministry of the church. Josh is married to Jen, and they have three children: Jack, Ben, and Alexandra.
Josh is the founder and president of DBI Partnership – a partner organization with Delhi Bible Institute in North India. He has taught in India, and led pastors and ministry leaders to India numerous times in the past 12 years.
Director of Congregational Care & Outreach
In 2017 David left a career in banking to follow God’s call into full-time ministry at Crossroads. His devotion to the Lord has been shaped and refined through a variety of life experiences including the personal tragedy of losing his first wife to brain cancer. A Delaware native, David is a graduate of William Penn High School and the University of Delaware. He is a Ruling Elder at Crossroads, is licensed to preach by the Heritage Presbytery, and is pursuing a Master of Arts degree with Reformed Theological Seminary.
He and his wife Amber live in Middletown where they are raising their four boys – David Jr., Sammy, Will, and Jack.
Scott and his wife, Meghan, joined Crossroads’ family in 2003 just after getting married. They spent their first years getting involved in youth ministry, missions, and music ministry. In 2009, they moved to Cusco, Peru on a two-year missions commitment with Mission to the World and then later transitioned to long-term (career) status.
In 2014, Scott was the first non-Peruvian ordained in the sister denomination, Iglesia Evangélica Presbiteriana y Reformada en el Perú. In 2015, he planted the church Fuente de Gracia, which is an urban/university church in Cusco.
Scott and Meghan (and their five children) join Crossroads this academic 2018-19 year to assist in youth ministry while they are on Home Missionary Assignment from MTW.
Lissa is the secretary at Crossroads, starting in July 2015. She and her family have been members of Crossroads since 2009. Lissa has been involved in the Encouragement Ministry, and also enjoys helping with Women’s events, VBS, and the Smyrna Fellowship Group.
Lissa grew up in Taiwan, where her parents served as missionaries, and is married to Tim, a fellow Taiwan missionary kid. They have two grown daughters, Stephanie and Rachel.
